101 We seek employee engagement as a way to enable our people experience organizational goals, values, and mission. Our consistent approach towards their benefits, wellbeing and talent management in addition to periodic check-in to gauge the pulse and undertake actions to address the gaps and improvement opportunities help us progress sustainably. We have established forums and diverse modes of communication to engage with employees at regular basis. The forums like HuddleUp Chatbot, Employee Connect, Open house and Leadership Connect to channelize employee voice. We want our employees to be a part of building a greater workplace that focuses on people first. So, we partnered with HuddleUp which is an online platform that helps create and maintain engaged, happy and successful teams by enabling them to share their opinions and feedback on a regular basis. We believe that anonymous check-ins help create a safe space to share honest thoughts. Based on the feedback given by the employees, we define our next set of initiatives. In the area of Leadership, our people have rated ‘setting the direction’ as the highest and have sought for more leadership connect. With the element on ‘Organization’, strategy is rated highest and our people are seeking improved Policies and Benefits. Health and Safety and organizational values have come up as strong factors in the element ‘Culture’, while the need to improve recognition as a cultural lever is highlighted. With the element ‘Career’, learning is the highest rated and there is a need to improve the compensation structure. These critical inputs have been examined by the management team and steps of improvement have begun. Based on feedback received through HuddleUp check-ins, we have added new features in our digital ‘Rewards & Recognition platform, Empuls. This, will provide us more opportunities to recognize deserving Saimers and thereby enhance the culture of recognition and appreciation. Employee Engagement
