113 We reinforce our commitment to a safe working environment, with various safety communication approaches. We practice sharing a “Safety Contact” at the beginning of every meeting to raise awareness about potential hazards, promote a safety-conscious culture, and empower employees to take proactive measures. We also released 29 Safety Beacons, a standard framework to communicate learnings from high potential near misses. The employees across the units are encouraged to reflect on the learnings and explore opportunities for horizontal deployment. Safety Communication & Internal Recognition We publish the Safety Shot, which is a periodic communication to enhance safety awareness, promote open dialogue about potential hazards and foster safety culture. Safety Day celebration On March 4, we observed the ‘National Safety Day’, with the theme of ‘Focus on Safety Leadership for ESG Excellence’. We encourage all the employees to involve in the quiz, showcase creativity in the art and design contests, and share views and experiences in the open forums. These events covered safety aspects on shopfloor, research labs, and other areas.
