115 We are fully committed to supporting the communities around our various sites. We take proactive measures to engage in and contribute to various activities that nurture community development. Advance socio-economic empowerment of women and provide education for 8,000 people from socially and less privileged communities through our CSR programs. Our strategy involves partnering with NGOs that have programs in these areas and supporting them in extending their reach to target groups in the regions near our operations. We partner with NGOs that offer educational programs that support children to learn better. Our initiatives for the neighbouring communities are present in 100% of our places of operations. We prioritize education, livelihood development, health and environmental protection, which are priority areas for sustainable development. We consistently engage with innovative community projects that create a sustainable impact. The programs we supported in FY 23-24 are spread across our focus areas of Education, Livelihood, Health & Environmental protection.
