73 Our waste disposal strategy focuses on local management, with disposal sites situated approximately 150 kilometres from our facilities. We are selecting cement kilns for co-processing in close proximity to our operational sites. The cement kilns are located within the same state, and we ensure that all hazardous waste generated undergoes 100% co-processing within India. This practice eliminates the need for transboundary waste movement, safeguarding the environment and adhering to national regulations. We believe that a tailored approach is essential for effective waste management. By carefully analyzing waste characteristics and implementing site-specific solutions, we have optimized our waste management practices to minimize environmental impact.
