Our Energy and Environment Policies serve as the foundation for our sustainability initiatives. These policies serve as guiding principles, ensuring alignment of all our actions with organizational sustainability goals. Recognizing the dynamic nature of the environmental landscape, we conduct periodic reviews of these policies to maintain their relevance and effectiveness. In the current reporting year, we have updated our Environment Policy to reflect and incorporate our material topics. The Management Representative conducts regular training and awareness programs on ISO energy management and conservation principles. To enhance our energy management capabilities, we have formed a cross-functional core energy management team comprising representatives from key departments. A comprehensive skill matrix has been developed to identify knowledge gaps and tailor training programs accordingly. Extensive employee training, including developing a team of internal auditors, has empowered our workforce to remain steadfast and contribute to the initiatives. Leveraging a dedicated data management system, our EHS team and internal auditors meticulously monitor the performance of both management systems. To date, we have successfully executed several energy management programs and conducted internal audits to improve energy performance, demonstrating our commitment to ongoing improvement and compliance. Effective measurement and reporting of ESG data are fundamental to our sustainability journey. By harnessing the power of data, we are transforming raw information into actionable insights that drive continuous improvement. Our advanced data visualization platform provides real-time access to key ESG metrics, performance indicators, and trends. These interactive dashboards empower stakeholders to make informed decisions and track our progress towards sustainability goals. By centralizing data capture and analysis through our in-house digitization platform, we have enhanced our ability to monitor KPIs against targets.
