We envisage the following paths in R&D and Manufacturing: • Managerial path - Within the same function - Cross functional • Scientific path Each role has clearly defined requirements in terms of educational qualification, experience, skills and competencies. There would be multiple designations within each role. An employee will move up the designation ladder based on performance and potential. A Hi-Po employee would move up the role of ladder. They could potentially skip designations if their potential and performance meets the requirement of the next role. We have defined the process and communicated to our employees.
