94 We believe in overall development of employees and continuously strive to provide them with technical and behavioural training opportunities. The employees receive continuous training during the entire tenure with organization. The focus is on enhancing their knowledge, skill, experience, and behaviour to execute their roles and responsibilities as per requirement and to support their career progression in planned ways. Training need analysis is conducted, and relevant training is imparted to employees at all levels. The training needs have been identified based on: • Feedback from Customers (via BD) • Interactions and expectations of functional leaders • Relevance to the business • Role specific expectations • Feedback from performance appraisals A Learning Management System (LMS) is in place for imparting training to all employees on policies and procedures of all departments. Capability building and upskilling is driven with the themes of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Standard Operating Procedures, Protocols, Regulation, Guidelines, Safety, Technical Training, HR/Soft skills. (SOPs) are assigned through our LMS platform. We also nominate employees for external technical trainings / conferences. For Behavioural trainings we have subscribed to two soft skills learning platforms, Percipio and Harappa. • Percipio Platform is used for Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 employees. • Harappa Platform is used for Level 4 and Level 5 employees. A series of AI & ML Fundamentals Training Series were conducted to employees at all our locations. The series has gained considerable interest, with an average attendance of approximately 200+ participants in sessions.
