96 Rigorous Technical and Digital Training A skill mapping exercise was conducted in production department at our manufacturing unit at Bidar. The target group was assessed across 4 levels based on the skill level. Level 1 Underwent training Level 2 Can operate under supervision Level 3 Can operate without supervision Level 4 SME’s Building competencies is crucial for achieving quality and operational excellence. As part of our digital transformation plan, we have identified the technical and digital skills needed for our operations. We are currently focused on providing induction and training for experienced operators, and we are implementing a skill-based qualification system for 30 production skills. An extensive plan was executed to upskill the technical knowledge of the production team members on various topics. The program includes video-based simulations, self-learning modules, training sessions conducted by subject matter experts, random assessment of transactions in a simulated environment, and final assessments.
