99 The ESOP plan is an initiative designed to reward our employees and align their interests with the long-term success and growth of the company. Participating in the ESOP Program means that the employee will have the chance to acquire company shares at a predetermined price, allowing him/ her to benefit from the Company’s future growth and success and thus obtain an ownership interest in the Company. The ESOP program is not applicable to the Directors of the Company under the Companies Act 2013 but is applicable to all levels of employees. Regardless of their positions within the organisation, all employees have access to mandatory health check-up program and health insurance. Physical examinations, blood tests, screenings, and consultations are all included in the health check-up. Prior to starting job, a medical check-up is conducted for all new hires to verify their health and safety. It’s common to think of wellbeing as solely related to physical health, but any complete wellbeing definition must capture mental wellbeing as an important element.
