How we make your chemical transformations better?
Our team constantly evaluates chemical transformations and explores application of biocatalysts using a wide range of commercially isolated enzymes and different grades of noble metal catalysts.
We have a fully-equipped lab for handling enzymatic transformation from screening, through to full-fledged process development. The shortlisted successful enzymes are then evaluated with lowest possible loading, stability, recovery, cleansing and recycle to conclude on the most efficient solution. The detailed screening and process optimisation report is shared and discussed with the clients, for further scale ups.
We also have a fully-automated, high-throughput catalyst screening system with six independently controlled autoclaves with different materials of construction. The pressure limit is up to 350 bar and temperature limit is up to 500 degrees centigrade.
Apart from the advanced interlocks and safety features, the entire process from hydrogen flow rate, total consumption, temperature and pressure, is controlled electronically, through advance software. All the data captured is generated as a report after each trial.
