Process R&D Laboratory
Manchester, UK
The Sai Life Sciences Process R&D Laboratory at Alderley Park supports global clients across the small-molecule development lifecycle. The site delivers route scouting, phase-appropriate process development, analytical method development, and early clinical API manufacturing, with efficient scale-up and technology transfer to our GMP facilities in India.
Our Capabilities
The Manchester lab supports end-to-end process development needs, from early feasibility to GMP material supply. Services include route scouting; early- and late-phase process development; control strategy definition; analytical method development; GLP-Tox material preparation; GMP manufacturing for Phase 1 and Phase 2 clinical APIs; and technology transfer to larger-scale manufacturing in India. The team also provides ICH M7 assessments and CMC regulatory consultancy.
