Sai Science Symposium 2026 Celebrates Scientific Excellence and Innovation
30 Sep 2026
Sai Life Sciences brought its scientific community together for the Sai Science Symposium 2026, a day dedicated to scientific excellence, knowledge sharing, and innovation across the organization.
Held on September 24 at the Biology Block, the symposium featured scientific talks showcasing research and innovation across Sai, poster presentations by shortlisted participants, and engaging discussions on scientific discovery and design.
A key highlight of the symposium was a special scientific talk by Anthony Addlagatta of the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology (IICT), Hyderabad, titled “What Can We Design and What Must We Discover?” The session offered an opportunity to reflect on the interplay between scientific design, discovery, and the questions that drive research forward.
The scientific talks and poster presentations provided a platform for scientists to showcase their work, exchange ideas, and learn from scientific developments across teams. The discussions reflected the breadth of scientific expertise at Sai and the value of creating opportunities for researchers to share knowledge and learn from one another.
At Sai Life Sciences, scientific progress draws on multidisciplinary expertise spanning discovery, development, analytical sciences, process chemistry, and manufacturing. Collaboration across these disciplines, supported by globally connected teams in Hyderabad, Greater Boston, and Manchester, enables scientific exchange and strengthens our ability to address complex challenges for pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners worldwide.
The symposium reflected this spirit of collaboration and knowledge creation, highlighting the expertise and ideas that contribute to Sai's intellectual capital. By creating opportunities for scientists to present their work, learn from peers, and engage with new perspectives, the event reinforces a culture of scientific rigor, curiosity, and continuous learning.
