Mr. Siva is a Chartered Accountant, Cost Accountant, and Company Secretary. Over a career spanning more than three decades, he has extensive experience in large-scale outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, integration, financial management, and restructuring across multiple geographies. Since joining Sai Life Sciences in 2010, he has strengthened governance frameworks, operational discipline, and financial systems to support the Company’s growth trajectory.
