Dhruva is our in-house digital application developed to automate Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and proactively identify potential risks associated with equipment usage during technology transfer and scale-up.
The platform supports right-first-time equipment selection by mapping process requirements to plant capabilities and generating automated equipment suitability reports. By digitally simulating process flows, Dhruva highlights potential bottlenecks, capacity mismatches, and operational risks before execution.

Designed for integration, Dhruva interfaces with other internal applications and databases, enabling seamless data exchange and unified project visibility. The result is faster decision-making, reduced engineering rework, improved risk management, and enhanced confidence in scale-up and commercial readiness.
